Best Western Tolleson Hotel

The front desk girl went above and beyond!!! Our two dogs decided that they should like to explore and OPENED the hotel door and escaped into the hallways 3 times. The front desk girl just kept putting them back after she called us. Then she tried putting them in the office and they broke out, TWICE!! Such patience!! Thank you Best Western and Staff for helping babysitter them so I could see my mother!

We have stayed at many Best Western hotels. This one was very average and not as good as many that we have stayed at previously. The service and food were okay, but, room not as nice.

Nice safe clean rooms. My husband and I really enjoyed the food trucks that were near. We were able to walk to the concert venue which made our stay there even better. The staff was super friendly. We look forward to staying there again.

A very pleasant stay. Cassidy at the front desk was kind, professional, and informative. The stay was nice. Clean room , nice TV, excellent breakfast, stores and restaurants nearby and a barber shop across the street where I got my haircut. There is a pool, laundry room, gym and a very comfortable environment especially for the price. Surrounding hotels were way more expensive and there early check in fees were way more than Best Westerns fee. My early check in fee was waved due to circumstance so thank you Cassidy! Excellent stay worth the price.

The rooms are nice This is going to sound crazy but the bacon and the tv are amazing staff is nice rooms clean can’t complain !

Room was clean ,had a nice comfortable bed (king) was in my room with a Jacuzzi style tub in the room and a separate shower /tub a restroom as well as a microwave and lil refrigerator and a small coffee pot ,with breakfast served you can't go wrong with this hotel if your looking to relax and just unwind.

Jonas is a cool dude! He is the shuttle driver- this man goes above and beyond and he is the best tour guide! Jonas is Best Westerns MVP! He is a really cool person and he is a very safe driver and the shuttle is always clean! Ask Jonas anything and he knows where everything is and anywhere you wanna go!

Clean and nice helpful staff. The pool was nice. Quiet location close to the amphitheater which is why we stayed here. It was a good choice for me and my daughter. We felt comfortable and safe (they have security guards monitoring the premises) the entire stay and we stayed for 5 days :) the continental breakfast was good eggs bacon waffles toast cereal juices it was a good starter breakfast and clean dining area. The staff was constantly checking for food supplies to be stocked and keeping the area clean. They must have good management because the staff seem happy and they are all nice and helpful. A full team of housekeepers every Morning. The place is a nice choice of you need to stay in this area for a show or whatever else there is to do here. Lots of shopping centers close by within a 3 mile radius. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the hospitality :)
